The Country Residence is made up of three separate villas that form a welcoming residential area, offering six double bedrooms (two-room apartments with a capacity of 2-3 beds), ideal for ensuring privacy and comfort. Our large gazebo and bar room, dedicated exclusively to catering for internal guests, offer perfect spaces for moments of conviviality and relaxation.

Breakfast, served outdoors, in the shade of the olive trees or in the internal room, from 08.30 to 10.30, is based on fresh local products, fruit, jams, homemade cakes, cereals, juices , milk, coffee, various types of tea and herbal teas.
The dinner is dedicated exclusively to our guests, who can taste our "natural cuisine", upon reservation, based on seasonal vegetables, homemade pasta, legumes, cereals, fresh eggs. all based on typical local recipes.
Private parking inside the structure is available to guests.

All accommodations are modernly furnished and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, mosquito nets, flat-screen TV, kitchenette with sink, induction hob, fridge, complete with crockery, en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
The uniqueness of each room is underlined by the name it bears, inspired by flowers and fruits from our garden: Iris, Elderberry, Olive Tree, Water Lily, Fern and Hawthorn.

FAMILY WELCOME BETWEEN NATURE, CUISINE AND ADVENTURE
The management of the Residenza di Campagna is family-run: Lea and Mario and their two daughters live in an independent house on the property and are always present to meet the needs of their guests, Mario is a nutritionist biologist with a passion for nature, the sea and music, Lea is an accountant who loves to "cook" in her spare time, cultivate her "Bio Garden", make biscuits, cakes, jams and homemade pasta, all strictly with "natural" ingredients and 'extra virgin oil from their olives.
Lea organizes "Cooking Classes" for guests with harvesting of garden products and tasty dinners, Mario organizes guided tours in the area and, in the summer, dinghy trips with packed lunches to enjoy the beauty of our sea.
Also living with them are two dogs and five cats who have their own area called "Doggy House". Inside the large gazebo they have set up a music area with musical instruments for the enjoyment of the family and guests.

WHERE ARE WE
The Piana degli Ulivi is located in the center of the main Ionian locations which are interesting from a naturalistic and historical-cultural point of view and are worthy of being visited.
About 3 km away is the Rossano seafront "Lido Sant'Angelo" with several beach establishments, restaurants and bars. A few km away is the historic center of Rossano, where it is possible to visit the most important illuminated Greek codex existing in the world, the "Codex Purpureus Rossanensis", a priceless gospel of Matthew and Mark, illustrated by fifteen splendid miniatures, written in gold and silver; the “Giorgio Amarelli” liquorice museum and the adjoining liquorice factory active since 1731; the numerous stately palaces and important churches including the "Cathedral of the SS. Acheropita” where the venerated icon of the Madonna Achiropita is kept. 3km away is the Acquapark Odissea 2000, the aquatic park loved by adults and children. In the Rossanese mountains (about 6 km away) the Patire Abbey, the WWF Oasis of the centuries-old chestnut grove of Cozzo del Pesco, the waterfalls in the Colagnati Valley and the small church of S. Onofrio.

BY TRAIN The closest railway stations to reach are Rossano Stazione or nearby Sibari which is the most important local railway hub - continue with the shuttle to Rossano
BY PLANE The nearest airports are Sant'Anna di Crotone or Lamezia Terme in the province of Catanzaro with frequent connections to Rome, Milan and other cities where it is possible to use the shuttle service.
